For a CHP report, fill in the CHP 190 request form and send it in person or by mail to the Area office with the fee. For a report by a city police department or sheriff, ask that agency's records unit; many sell through LexisNexis BuyCrash.
Say which crash you mean: the date and the place, and the report number 26-155398.
Reports for fatal or criminal cases take longer, so ask the office before you travel.
