MyCrashReport is operated by My Crash Report LLC, a private company. It is not a government agency and is not affiliated with any state department of transportation or police department.

A joint advertising program

Legal advertising on this site is paid for by the participating law firms listed on Partner attorneys. Together they take part in one joint advertising program run by My Crash Report LLC. MyCrashReport and My Crash Report LLC are not a law firm or a lawyer referral service, do not evaluate cases and do not recommend firms. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using this site.

How a firm is assigned

When you ask for a consultation, you may choose one of the participating firms for your state by name. If you do not choose a firm, one is assigned at random from the firms listed for your state, and the draw is recorded. The firm's name is shown in the consent text before you agree, and My Crash Report LLC calls you to confirm your request before connecting you.

What firms pay

Participating firms pay flat advertising fees to take part in the program. The fees are for advertising; firms do not pay to be recommended, and no firm is ranked above another.

California

For California: the participating firms named on this site are the only firms a consumer may be matched with through this site. This site contains no testimonials, endorsements, dramatizations or impersonations, and nothing on it predicts the result of any legal matter (California Business and Professions Code section 6157.2).

Texas

The information and tools on this site are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney (Texas Government Code section 81.101(c)).

Crash records

Crash records are reproduced from public state data without alteration, as a fair and accurate report of those public records. A contributing factor or charge recorded by an officer is not a finding of fault or a conviction. See Data sources for where each record comes from.
