Terms of use

Last updated October 26, 2026

These terms apply when you use MyCrashReport, a service operated by My Crash Report LLC. By using the site you agree to them.

The service

MyCrashReport publishes crash records from public data released by states and cities, shows the steps to request the officer's report from the state or the agency, and lets people who were hurt ask for a free consultation with a participating law firm. Reading crash records is free and needs no account.

Crash records

Crash records are reproduced from public state data without alteration, as a fair and accurate report of those public records. A contributing factor or charge recorded by an officer is not a finding of fault or a conviction.

We show the records as the agency published them and make no promise that they are complete, current or correct. Agencies sometimes correct or withdraw a record after it is published. If a record is wrong, the agency that took the report is the one that can change it. You can ask us to take a record off this site on Remove a record.

Not legal advice

MyCrashReport and My Crash Report LLC are not a law firm or a lawyer referral service. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and the information and tools on this site are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using this site.

Using the site

Do not use the site to harass anyone, to collect records in bulk by automated means, or to break the law. We may block access that harms the site or other people.
